Hi, I’m Ria Oliver — therapist, coach, and fellow recovered good girl.

For years, I was the one who said yes when I meant no. Who kept it together on the outside while quietly crumbling inside. Who tried to be the perfect mum, partner, daughter, employee, and friend — all while losing sight of myself.

I know how heavy it feels to live in the loop of self-doubt, people-pleasing, and perfectionism. And I also know how life-changing it is when you finally let that weight of expectation go. And now? I help other overwhelmed, perfectionist, people-pleasing women do the same, because I know how life changing it is.

I’m not there to fix you, because you’re not broken. But I will help you to unlearn everything that’s been weighing you down and keeping you stuck.

Because the habits that once served you, just simply do not work once you become a mother, and especially as a millennial who has held it all together for too long.

That’s why I created my signature 1:1 programmes, to help high-achieving, perfectionist women like you finally stop fighting themselves and start living differently.

I’m not about quick fixes or surface-level self-care.

I’m about unlearning, re-writing, and re-defining the rules of womanhood and motherhood on your own terms.

In 2024, I became a single mum to three little ones (all under 9). While navigating separation, parenting solo, and running a business, I didn’t just “power through.” I used every tool I now share with my clients to stay grounded, steady, and emotionally thriving.
